I have owned and operated our Martial Arts Studio’s in Denver Metro for over 18 years. I have studied and trained in the Martial Arts for 29 years. I started martial arts in college for self defense. It was life changing. I felt empowered and gained a new confidence that as a young adult changed my life for the better. I came to understand over the years that Martial Arts wasn’t just a sport or any other activity but it was a way of life. Over the years of running my schools it has become apparent that this is the only activity I have witnessed that both children and adults can practice and reinforce the morals and values that will help them lead a successful life more so than anywhere else.


All students regardless of age are given the opportunity to develop the skills of becoming LEADERS- not followers. With improved focus, energy and confidence our students have the tools needed to face the challenges of everyday life. Our instructors are committed to supporting each student’s personal growth in a safe, caring, and energetic environment while actively promoting our proven life skills training outside of our martial arts facility.
